Sukrutham
SUKRITHAM (Reg. No. KKD/CA/444/2022) is the registered charitable and voluntary service wing of GCM 86–91, the alumni association of science students who pursued their studies at Government College Madappally during the period 1986–1991.
Established with a strong commitment to social responsibility and humanitarian values, Sukritham strives to foster a culture of compassion, service, and community engagement. Its mission is to support alumni members, empower students, strengthen the alma mater, promote community welfare, and extend meaningful assistance to those in need.
Objectives of Sukritham
1. To support alumni members through financial, emotional, medical, and welfare assistance during times of need.
2. To promote education and well-being among underprivileged sections of society through scholarships, educational assistance, healthcare support, and community welfare initiatives, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
3. To contribute to the growth and development of Government College Madappally by supporting academic infrastructure, learning resources, and student development programmes.
4. To undertake awareness, volunteer, and humanitarian activities relating to health, environmental sustainability, disaster relief, and social welfare.
Activities and Contributions
In pursuit of its objectives, Sukritham has been actively implementing a range of educational and charitable initiatives. These include providing monthly scholarships to deserving undergraduate students of Government College Madappally, organizing career guidance programmes, offering educational assistance, conducting skill-development workshops, supporting disaster relief efforts, and recognizing academic excellence among students.
Driven by the collective spirit and commitment of its alumni members across the globe, Sukritham continues to make a meaningful impact by nurturing educational opportunities, supporting humanitarian causes, and contributing to the welfare of society at large.
